The Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Program (EPPS) is proud to celebrate the graduation of the Executive Credential in Police Leadership – Cohort III, featuring 17 police executives from across South Carolina 👮‍♂️👮‍♀️
This milestone marks the completion of 8 months of rigorous learning, collaboration, and creative thinking, all grounded in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. By anchoring leadership development in the call to “establish justice” and “secure the blessings of liberty,” this cohort explored how shared purpose and constitutional values shape modern public safety leadership.
Working alongside such dedicated leaders was a powerful reminder that principled leadership matters now more than ever. Grateful for the opportunity to learn together, reflect deeply, and connect values to action.
