Catherine Birmingham is the Program Manager for the Master of Studies in Law (MSL) in Health Law Systems and the Health Care Compliance Certificate for the University of South Carolina School of Law. Catherine oversees the operations and management of the MSL and Certificate programs and program design and development for the School of Law’s future online MSL program offerings. Prior to joining USC, Catherine spent the majority of her career as the Director for the Online Master of Jurisprudence and LLM program for Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she developed and managed the online graduate law program (MJ), dual degree, and Executive programs in Child and Family Law.

Catherine earned her BA degree in English Literature from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in International Higher Education at Loyola University Chicago’s School of Education.
